Rockport Police beat: Operating after suspension, seatbelt and insurance violations
ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity Jan. 19-27. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
Jan. 19
Marlene E. Feltis, 64, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons by officer Dana Smith for operating after suspension and insurance violation.
Linda J. Brown, 59, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Smith for inspection violation.
Jesse Ellison, 37, of Camden, was issued a summons by Smith for a seat belt violation.
Ryan A. Lachance, 39, of Union, was issued a summons by Smith for a seat belt violation.
Jan. 20
Frank A. Mank, Jr., 65, of Warren, was issued a summons by Smith for a seat belt violation.
Jan. 23
Vaughn Kinney, 53, of Warren, was issued a summons by Smith for failure to stop at a red light.
Matthew Weil, 32, of Hope, was issued a summons by Sgt. Travis Ford for operating after suspension.
Jan. 24
Patrick Tierney, 34, of Bristol, was issued a summons by Ford for inspection violation.
Eric Doughty, 40, of Damariscotta, was issued a summons by Smith for insurance violation and operating after suspension.
Brian Day, 35, of Owls Head, was arrested by Ford for violating conditions of release and issued a summons for operating after habitual offender revocation.
Angela Robbins, 42, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Smith for operating after habitual offender revocation and insurance violation.
Jan. 27
Patrick Flaherty, 24, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by Smith for speeding 54 miles per hour in a 40 per mile zone.
Donna Gates, 54, of Linconville, was issued a summons by Smith for inspection violation.
