Rockport Police beat: Drug trafficking, speeding
ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity Jan. 6-16. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
Jan. 6
Ryan Carballo, 34, of Warren, was charged by Sgt. Jim Moore with unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs.
Jennifer Carballo, 30, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Officer Jacob Powers for inspection violation, insurance violation, failure to register motor vehicle.
Jan. 7
John H. McFadden III, 48, of Camden, was charged by Officer Chris Taylor with operating under the influence.
Kirby J. Hobbs, 30, of Cushing, was issued a summons by Officer Travis Ford with inspection and insurance violations.
Jan. 8
Male juvenile, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Ford for operating a vehicle without a license.
Jan. 9
Derrick Benner, 31, of Warren, was issued a summons by Ford for speeding 29 mph in a 15 mph zone, insurance violation.
Jan. 11
Giles Day, 39, of Cushing, was issued a summons by Moore for speeding 37 mph in a 15 mph zone.
Jan. 14
Michael P. Stern, 33, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Moore for failure to obtain license within 30 days of registration.
Jan. 16
Ruth G. Jahn, 37, of Warren, was issued a summons by Taylor for operating after suspension.
