ROCKLAND – Rockland Police reported the following activity Aug.19-Sept.16. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. 

Aug. 19 

Eric Waite, 46, of Thomaston, was arrested by Officer John Bagley on a probation violation. 

Duane Makie, 52, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Bagley for operating under the influence. 

Aug. 20 

William Eustis, 27, of Rockland, was charged by Officer Alex Gaylor for assault. 

Aug. 21 

Nicole Rogers, 21, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor on a warrant and charged by Officer William Smith with violating conditions of release. 

Joel Gehrmann, 27, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Gaylor on a warrant.  

Aug. 22 

Nicholas Lincoln, 60, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Michael Freyer for operating under the influence.  

Joshua Weston, 33, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Jacob Shirey on two warrants. 

Aug. 23 

Cody Beaucage, 20, transient, was arrested by Gaylor on two warrants. 

Aug. 24 

Patricia Boyington, 44, of Waldoboro, was arrested by W. Smith on a warrant. 

Joshua Weston, 33, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Andrew Redden for theft and violating conditions of release. 

Aug. 25 

Amanda Taylor, 31, of Warren, was arrested by Bagley for a probation violation. 

Aug. 26 

Coty Richards, 30, of Warren, was cited by Redden for failing to stop at a red light. 

Justin Moore, 27, of Pittsfield, was arrested by Officer Scott Solorzano for displaying a fictitious inspection sticker. 

Aug. 27 

Deven Royer, 25, of Rockland, was arrested by Solorzano for domestic violence assault. 

Krysta Davenport, 26, of Farmington, was arrested by Shirey on two warrants. 

Kristopher Hillgrove, 28, transient, was arrested by Shirey for criminal trespass and violating conditions of release.

Aug. 28                      

David Fish, 21, of Appleton, was arrested by Gaylor for operating after suspension, failing to give correct name/date of birth, and also cited for possessing an open alcohol container in a motor vehicle. 

Anthony Langille, 47, of Rockland, was arrested by Redden for violating conditions of release. 

Aug. 29 

Kurtis Bertrand, 21, of Thomaston, was arrested by Redden for violating conditions of release. 

Alec Paul, 20 of Thomaston, was charged by Gaylor with possession of alcohol by a minor. 

A 17-year-old male was charged by Gaylor with possession of alcohol and possession of tobacco. 

A 14-year-old female was charged by Gaylor with possession of alcohol and possession of tobacco. 

Samuel Gath, 35, of Waterville, was arrested by Sgt. Don Finnegan for operating under the influence. 

Ryan Newbert, 19, of Rockland, was charged by Redden with possession of alcohol by a minor. 

Aug. 30 

Bret Simendinger, 29, of Rockland, was arrested by Finnegan for operating under the influence. 

Jesse Petersdorf, 21, of Lincolnville, was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence. 

Faylyn Vitale, 20, of Rockland, was charged by Shirey with possession of alcohol by a minor. 

Aug. 31 

Dorian Ames, 22, of Westbrook, was arrested by Freyer for domestic violence assault, domestic violence criminal threatening and violating conditions of release.

Nathan Corlis, 21, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor for violating conditions of release. 

David Estes, 56, of St George, was arrested by Freyer for disorderly conduct.

Leah Ellis, 22, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence.

Hardy Seafood of Deer Isle, Maine, was cited by K. Smith for unsecure load.

Jeffrey Goddard, 29, of Rockland, was arrested by Shirey for domestic violence assault. 

Sept. 11 

Anthony Luce, 37, of Owls Head, was charged by Gaylor with operating after suspension. 

Nicholas Littlefield, 20, of Rockland, was charged by Gaylor with possession of alcohol by a minor. 

Sept. 12 

Nathan Corlis, 21, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor for violating conditions of release.

Vance Bailey, 38, of Rockland, was arrested by W. Smith for domestic violence assault.

 Alyssa Bennett, 20, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor for violating conditions of release. 

Sept. 13 

John Mathieson, 70, of Rockland, was arrested by Sgt. Ken Smith for violating conditions of release and cited for possession of an open alcohol container in a motor vehicle. 

Christopher Pollis, 24, of Rockland, was arrested by Redden on a warrant. 

Sept. 15   

Katherine Sims, 46, of St George, was arrested by Finnegan for operating under the influence and endangering the welfare of a child.

Michael Duffy, 45, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence. 

Sept. 16 

Faith Whitsit, 27, of Waldoboro, was cited by Gaylor for possessing a suspended driver’s license.
