Karen Brezniak, 31, of Thomaston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $1,000 fine.

Samantha Buchanan, 25, of Rockport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

John A. Catacci, 38, of Everett, Mass., operating watercraft without safety equipment, $50 fine.

Craig A. Curtis, 41, of Rockport, domestic violence assault, 30 days in jail.

Lorraine Fowles, 53, of Owls Head, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 72 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

Zacchaeus W. Horn, 21, of Nashua, N.H., minor consuming liquor, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed; operating under the influence (alcohol)-no test, dismissed; operating vehicle without license-conditions and restrictions, $800 fine.

Daniel R. Lataille, 47, of Cushing, criminal mischief, five days in jail; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, five days in jail.

Shawn P. Thomas, 19, of Friendship, criminal mischief, dismissed; criminal threatening, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $150 fine.
