ROCKLAND – A graveside committal service for Richard E. Penney, 65, long time Ferraiolo Construction employee, who died, July 4, 2016 will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at Village Cemetery, Erin Street, Thomaston.
