PenBayPilot.com turned three just after noon today
PenBayPilot.com turned 3 years old today, at 12:15 p.m. Thank you, readers and advertisers, for helping us reach this marker. The energy remains strong, as we continue to expand. Since Sept. 10, 2012, our web traffic has grown 250 percent, and last autumn, we began publishing our quarterly print magazine, the Wave. With original stories, the Wave focuses on the spirit of the Midcoast, and the creative and industrious people who make this region a unique place to live.
Three years ago, the Pilot crew envisioned the stories to be about your businesses, schools and government; your harbors, highways, downtowns, farms and gardens. How true this remains. We are grateful that so many Midcoast citizens look to PenBayPilot.com as their Number One destination for regional news and resources.
We enjoy listening to, and learning from, you and are honored to share your stories.
Thanks to your suggestions, we have built new products and resources; most recently, the classified ad section and the Pets and Animals page. We will continue to refine PenBayPilot.com to provide the community with a quality online hub that is nimble and adapts to our times.
Thank you, and cheers to many more years of staying connected. Whether you are in Rockland, Belfast or Camden — or Siberia, Uganda or Fiji — the Pilot will bring you home to the Midcoast, keep you informed and in touch.
