Lincolnville will host a Solar Solstice Celebration and Solar Array Open House Wednesday, June 21, from 4 to 6 p.m., at the Lincolnville Fire Station, at 470 Camden Road. The event will focus on the Town of Lincolnville’s recently installed 43.4 kilowatt solar array.  

Enjoy live music, ice cream “sun”-daes, other light refreshments, and a surprise or two.  Guided and self-guided tours of the array are available.  A brief dedication session will be held at 5:15 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
