Every Thursday in December from 6 to 8 p.m. members of Lincolnville's town-appointed Heart & Soul team will be in the Lincolnville Town Office to welcome residents who would like to participate. 

The story-gathering portion of this two-year process is winding down, but Lincolnville residents can still share what matters most to them, as well as their hopes, concerns, and ideas.  Volunteers are also still being recruited to share their stories, listen to stories, and help draft vision statements.  

Community Heart & Soul is a resident-driven process to engage the entire population of Lincolnville in identifying what we love most about our community, what future we want for it, and how to achieve it.  

Goals and objectives will be developed and action plans created by collecting these stories, memories, hopes, and ideas. The community voices will guide actions in two ways - by creating a vision for the comprehensive plan of the Town of Lincolnville, and to collaborate with community organizations. Residents' ideas will help shape this project and how it connects with their community.

This project is supported by a  $10,000 seed grant from the Community Heart and Soul Seed Grant Program.
