Knox County Superior Court closed cases
ROCKLAND – The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court in Rockland from Oct. 5-16.
Brian Day, 34, of Owls Head, probation violation for original conviction of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Darrell W. Degreenia, 51, of Union, probation violation, original conviction for cruelty to animals, three counts, six months in jail; probation violation, original conviction for arson, 36 months in prison, probation partially revoked.
Lucas J. Fisher, 32, of Wilton, aggravated operating after revocation, priors, $1000 fine, one year in prison; operating under the influence, no test, three priors, $2500 fine, six months and 20 days in jail, license suspended six years.
Rechelle Gamage, 41, of Lewiston, forgery, 20 months in prison, 20 months in prison, probation revoked; theft by deception, 20 months in prison, probation revoked.
Anthony Langille, 47, of Rockland, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, six years in prison with all but three years suspended, probation two years.
Hilary A. Long, 30, of Spruce Head, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, five years in prison with all but 16 months suspended, probation two years, $120 restitution.
Addam L. Sheets, 28, of Rockland, probation violation, original conviction for sexual abuse of minor, five months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
William R. Snow, 36, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine; unlawful possession of oxycodone, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 21 days in jail.
Jared Stephens, 21, of Portland, assault, $300 fine, 10 days in jail.
Marsha L. Turner, 47, of Rockland, probation violation, original conviction for unlawful possession of hydrocodone, probation partially revoked, probation continued; probation violation, original conviction for trafficking in prison contraband, probation partially revoked, probation continued; failing to report, six months in jail.
Miranda Thayer Wotton, 25, of Rockland, probation violation, original conviction for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 28 months in prison, probation revoked; probation violation, original conviction for negotiating a worthless instrument, 28 months in prison, probation revoked.
Chad Young, 36, of Rockland, probation violation, original conviction for operating under the influence, drugs, or combination, two priors, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
