ROCKLAND – The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court from Aug. 31-Sept. 4.

Clair W. Mitchell, 39, of Appleton, operating under the influence, two priors, six months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Kevin T. Richards, 25, of South Thomaston, probation violation, initial conviction for operating after habitual offender revocation, three priors, 45 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Lawrence A. Wotton, 28, of Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 11 months in prison, $34.23 restitution.
