ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court and Rockland District Court from June 19-30.

Superior Court

Corey Conway, 46, of Owls Head, probation violation for original conviction of unlawful possession of synthetic hallucinogenics, priors, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Joshua C. Hooper, 29, of Rockland, probation violation for original conviction of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail, probation revoked.

Herbert R. Simmons, 36, of Cushing, probation violation for original conviction of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, two years, 11 months, 28 days in jail, probation partially revoked.

Sarah R. Stalcup, 35, of Cushing, probation violation for original conviction of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Anthony Toore, 25, of Owls Head, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, six years in prison with all but three years suspended, probation two years, restitution $840.50.

Rockland District Court

Christopher W. Hall, 43, of Johnstown, Pa., domestic violence assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.

Bryan W. Laughlin, 38, of Galveston, Tex., operating under the influence, $400 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended 365 days; driving to endanger, dismissed.
