Knox County Superior and Rockland District courts, closed cases

ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court and Rockland District Court from April 4-8.
Superior Court
Donald Edwin Westover Sr., 69, of South China, negotiating a worthless instrument, 24 months in prison, $3,000 restitution.
Rockland District Court
Mark R. Gorman, 50, of New City, N.Y., operating an unregistered motor vehicle, $150 fine.
Mark J. Martin, 52, of Jefferson, motor vehicle speeding, 30 miles per hour over speed limit, 10 days in jail; operating vehicle without license-conditions/restrictions, 10 days in jail; driving to endanger $700 fine, 10 days in jail, license suspended 30 days.
