Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases
ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Criminal Court from Feb. 29-March 4. The Unified Criminal Court is a system for processing criminal actions and certain associated civil violation actions. It is expected to increase efficiency by eliminating the duplicative clerical workload created by the current system of case transfer between the District and Superior Court by reducing the number of court appearances required to process individual cases, according to the State of Maine Judicial Branch.
Justin J. Barry, 20, of Warren, assault on an officer, two counts, 10 months, 15 days in prison.
Theodore R. Larkin, 53, of South Portland, operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine, seven days in jail.
Robert L. Lacombe, 56, of Rockland, operating under the influence, two counts, $700 fine, 90 days in jail all but 30 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years; operating without license-conditions/restrictions, two counts, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
Lester Feltis, 45, of Waldoboro, violating shell size limit of scallops, prior, $750 fine.
