Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases
ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Criminal Court from Jan. 18-22. The Unified Criminal Court is a system for processing criminal actions and certain associated civil violation actions. It is expected to increase efficiency by eliminating the duplicative clerical workload created by the current system of case transfer between the District and Superior Court by reducing the number of court appearances required to process individual cases, according to the State of Maine Judicial Branch.
Travis Campbell, 36, of Union, hunting without a valid license, $100 fine.
Clinton Collarmore, 25, of Waldoboro, use of artificial light to illuminate wild animals, $200 fine.
Corey Cookson, 34, of Bristol, use of artificial light to illuminate wild animals, $200 fine.
Alexander Cotter, 28, of Summit, N.J., operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.
Caitlyn Ferrar, 22, of Waldoboro, keeping unlicensed dog, $50 fine.
Zachary J. Hare, 28, of Rockland, violating condition of release, 72 hours in jail.
Janet Heath, 49, of Rockport, operating after registration suspended, dismissed.
Wesley M. Herrick, 35, of Lincolnville, domestic violence assault, 180 days in jail with all but seven days suspended, two years probation.
Vaughn E. Murphy, 51, of Warren, failing to attach deer tag to deer, $100 fine.
David Pickett, 30, of Waldoboro, use of artificial light to illuminate wild animals, $200 fine.
Amanda M. Rankin, 28, of Swanville, operating under the influence (drugs or combo), $500 fine, 30 days in jail, license suspended one year and 60 days; endangering the welfare of a child, 364 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended, probation one year.
Ashley Rideout, 25, of Warren, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Gerald Rolerson, 58, of Appleton, possessing unregistered deer, $300 fine.
Benjamin Smith, 19, of Appleton, hunting from stand of blind overlooking deer bait, $200 fine.
Ryan Temple, 31, of Camden, criminal trespass, 30 days in jail; burglary of a motor vehicle, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release, two counts, 30 days in jail.
Dora A. Thompson, 20, of Warren, minor possessing liquor, $500 fine; minor transporting liquor, dismissed.
Robbin S. Turner, 54, of Appleton, possessing unregistered deer, $300 fine.
Shawn M. Turner, 27, of Appleton, possessing unregistered deer, $300 fine.
Jason E. Ulmer, 45, of Union, hunting from stand or blind overlooking deer bait, $200 fine.
Andrew Webb, 36, of Hope, failing to timely register bear, deer, moose, turkey, $300 fine; hunting anterless deer without permit, $300 fine; illegal transportation of animal or bird, $100 fine.
Lara Webb, 33, of Hope, false registration of deer, two counts, $300 fine.
