ROCKLAND — Duane Michael Carr Sr., 56, died Aug. 8, 2015, at the Lahey Clinic in Burlington, Mass., after an extended illness.
A celebration of life will be held from Saturday, Aug. 22 from 5 to 10 p.m. in the Knox County Ball Room at the Samoset Resort in Rockport.
The Carr family is being assisted by Burpee, Carpenter & Hutchins Funeral Home.
