In accordance with Title 25 Chapter 401 Section 3502: If the owner of the referenced property or any other person entitled to possession of the property has not claimed such property within five (5) months of the date of this published notice, the property will be surrendered to the person who found it, if any, donated to a nonprofit organization or charity or disposed of as waste.
