It’s All On the Line! Dirigo Sprints is Saturday, May 24 8:30-12:15pm Barrett’s Cove
Megunticook Rowing hosts Dirigo Sprints this Saturday from 8:30-12:15 on Megunticook Lake. These high school rowers have been training hard all spring only to be foiled by Mother Nature the past two weekends for regattas scheduled on the Merrimack River in Lowell, MA. So it all comes down to this Saturday. Fifteen events, fifty-one entries from four teams will compete for the Dirigo Sprints trophy. It’s a 1500 meter sprint for events in doubles, quads, fours, and eights.
