CAMDEN — Declan Sloane Carlson, 18, son of Jonathan D. Carlson and Paula M. Sloane, died Oct. 24, 2015, at his home in Camden. Declan had a history of seizures and preliminary findings indicate he had a seizure in his sleep.
A complete obituary will be published later.
A memorial service followed by a reception will be held Sunday, Nov. 1 at 1 p.m. at Hedges Hall, Point Lookout, 67 Atlantic Highway (Route 1) in Lincolnville.
