Closed cases: Knox County Superior, Rockland District courts
ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court and Rockland District Court from May 9-14.
Superior Court
Jason M. Baughman, 48, of Rockport, criminal threatening, 180 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended, probation one year.
Jason S. Simpson, 48, of Rockland, gross sexual assault, eight counts, 20 years in prison with all but five years suspended, probation six years.
Christina Smith, 41, of Cushing, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
Rockland District Court
Jerri L. Breault, 58, of Lewiston, operating after suspension, $500 fine.
Michael W. Hickey, 45, of Medomak, hand fishing sea urchins without license, $50 fine.
Devin Meklin, 19, of Cushing, driving to endanger, dismissed.
