Closed cases: Knox County Superior, Rockland District courts
ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court and Rockland District Court from May 2-6.
Superior Court
Justin A. Luszczki, 32, of Rockport, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 180 days in jail.
Herbert R. Simmons, 34, of Cushing, probation violation for original conviction for unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, 48 hours in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Bruce W. Tillson Jr., 39, of Skowhegan, probation violation for original conviction for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked.
Rockland District Court
Lee D. Warren, 56, of Worcester, Mass., operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.
