CAMDEN — Camden police reported the following activity from Sept. 1-21. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

Sept. 3

Christopher Peppers, 34, of Belfast, was issued a summons by Officer Lucas H. Verrier for failure to display certificate of valid inspection.

Sept. 6

Misha B. Steiner, 27, of Ohio (no town listed by police), was issued a summons by Verrier for operating under the influence (drugs).

Sept. 8

Kalob J. Raymond, 28, of Vinalhaven, was issued a summons by Officer Mark Bennett, Jr. for speeding.

Sept. 21

Jarvis O. Springer, 23, of Camden, was arrested and issued a summons by Officer Brian Lunt for operating under the influence.
