Callie Johnson, 28, of Biddeford, was issued a summons by Officer Sam Butler for speed.

Garrett Soule, 20, of Rockland, was issued a summons by S. Butler for failure to produce insurance.

Zachary Hale, 29, of Hope, was issued a summons by Officer Wes Butler for expired inspection.

Stephen Colby, 22, of Swanville, was issued a summons by W. Butler for studded tired out of season.
