Camden Police beat: Drug possession, OUI, smoking in a vehicle with a minor under 16
CAMDEN – Camden police reported the following activity July 1-31. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
July 1
Kathryn Wittman, 27, of Revere, Mass., was issued a summons by Officer Timothy Davis for failing to yield causing accident.
Jasmine Davis, 20, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Officer Jeffrey Boudreau for possession of liquor by a minor.
Molly McKenzie, 40, of Camden, was issued a summons by Boudreau for failure to provide proof of insurance.
July 3
Mario Contresa, 25, of Newburgh, was arrested by Davis for operating under the influence, operating after suspension, possession of schedule Z drugs.
Ethan Pratt, 22, of Camden, was issued a summons by Boudreau for criminal trespass.
July 4
Warren King, 23, of Belfast, was issued a summons by Boudreau for disorderly conduct.
David Perkins, 56, of North Yarmouth, was issued a summons by Boudreau for an unregistered trailer.
July 5
Kristen Nickels, 29, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Davis for speeding.
Gryffin Johnson-McGovern, 30, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by Officer Sam Butler for failure to produce insurance.
July 7
Sarah Havener, 29, of Camden, was issued a summons by Officer Allen Weaver for theft.
July 9
Anel Engstrom, 23, of Montauk, N.Y., was issued a summons by Boudreau for speeding.
July 10
A juvenile (no age and town listed), was issued a summons by Davis for operator under 18 using electronic device.
July 11
Richard Payson, 62, of Hope, was arrested by Davis for operating under the influence.
July 15
Sarah Havener, 29, of Camden, was arrested by Davis on a warrant.
July 16
Yani Stancioff, 20, of Camden, was issued a summons by Davis for operating without a license and no inspection.
July 18
Alexandra Cotter, 27, of Summit, N.J., was issued a summons by Boudreau for operating under the influence.
July 19
Charles Henry, 25, of Morrill, was arrested by Boudreau for violation of conditions of release.
July 25
Alyssa Flagg, 21, of Camden, was issued a summons by Boudreau for operating a vehicle without insurance.
Justin Dube, 21, of Camden, was issued a summons by Boudreau for smoking in a vehicle with a minor under 16.
Gerald Berowski, 60, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Boudreau for possession of useable amount of marijuana.
July 29
Rebecca Johnson, 46, of Camden, was issued a summons by S. Butler for speeding and failure to produce insurance.
July 31
Jamie Rich, 18, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by Officer Wes Butler for failure to produce insurance.
Miranda McCue, 19, of Knox, was issued a summons by S. Butler for failure to produce insurance.
Andrew Heath, 23, of Camden, was issued a summons by S. Butler for possession of useable amount of marijuana.
