BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Aug. 11-17. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

Aug. 11

John M. Williams, 20, of Belfast, was arrested for sexual exploitation of a minor.

Aug. 13

Francis Richardson, 20, of Swanville, was arrested for failure to appear.

Aug. 15

Donovan O. Conary, 18, of Belfast, was arrested for receiving stolen property on Lower Congress Street.

Clifford L. Young, 40, of Brooks, was arrested for violating conditions of release on Front Street.

Aug. 16

Jade E. Cummings, 21, of Northport, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release on Congress Street.
