Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity March 11 - April 3.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Jan. 24 (late entry)
Nicholas Parker, 36, of Belmont, was issued summonses for operating after revocation and violating a condition of release on Mills Road.
March 11
Alan Rodriguez, 36, of New York, New York, was arrested for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and organized retail theft on Lincolnville Ave, stemming from an incident Feb. 25.
Angie P. Mistre Cubillos, 24, of Jamaica, New York, was arrested for organized retail theft and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Lincolnville Ave, stemming from an incident Feb. 25.
Marlene Santaella, 30, of Jamaica, New York, was arrested for organized retail theft and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Lincolnville Ave, stemming from an incident Feb. 25.
March 25
Kaelyn L. Williams, 30, of Rockland, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Waldo Ave.
Jeffrey W. Rumney, 57, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence and operating after suspension on Back Belmont Road.
March 27
Kimberly Lanphier, 27, of Searsport, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Lincolnville Ave, stemming from an incident March 12.
March 28
Maurice Darres, 43, of Belfast, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Robbins Road.
Courtney Burns, 38, of Winterport, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Robbins Road.
Christie Staples, 44, of Belfast, was issued a summons for criminal trespass on Mill Lane.
Brittany Heath, 32, of Troy, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Starrett Drive.
March 29
Amalie A. Dibenedetti, 33, of Rockport, was issued a summons for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug on Route 1.
