BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Jan. 6-26.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Jan. 6

Michael S. Hopkins, 41, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Route 3. 

Jan. 22

Neil J. Warren, 37, of Swanville, was issued summonses for operating after revocation and violating a condition of release on Searsport Ave. 

Shawn O’Brien, 39, of Morrill, was arrested for violating a condition of release in Belfast. 

Christopher Lawrence, 41, of Northport, was arrested following probation revocation.
