WARREN — Willis E. "Jim" Boggs, 92, died Feb. 4, 2015, at the Knox Center in Rockland. He was born June 2, 1922, in Warren to Elmus and Loradah (Kaler) Boggs. Jim grew up and lived in Warren for most of his life. He also lived in Rockland.

He worked as laborer loading and delivering chickens in the poultry business. He was good-hearted and would give anyone the shirt off his back if they needed it. He liked to buy old junk cars and fix them up. He was always on the road riding his bicycle in Warren. He loved his family and watched out for them.

He was predeceased by his parents; his sisters, Mabel Tolman, Myrtle Mank and Marie Heath; and by a brother, Leland Boggs Sr.

He is survived by his twin sister, Helen Nilson of Warren; and several nieces and nephews.

A spring service will be held. Burial will be in Goshen Cemetery in Waldoboro.
