ROCKLAND — In a collaboration between the Coastal Recovery Community Center and Knox Clinic, Wellness Wednesdays are opportunities for community members to connect and receive holistic care services. An array of volunteers will be providing services such as acupuncture, reiki, mindfulness meditations, and more.

Wellness Wednesdays take place at the CRCC (11 White Street in Rockland) on the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 1 - 3 p.m., and the 4th Wednesday of each month, from 4 - 6 p.m.

All are welcome to attend.

Those who are interested are encouraged to join the Wellness Wednesday group on Facebook to stay updated on what services will be offered.
