BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Aug. 20 - Sept. 3.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

July 29 (late entry)

Lance Ambrose, 42, of Winterport, was issued a summons for allowing consumption of liquor by a prohibited person on Washington Street in Winterport. 

Aug. 20

Seth P. McCarron, 24, of Etna, was issued a summons for criminal speed on Moosehead Trail in Jackson.

Sept. 2

Pamela Johnson, 59, of Northport, was arrested for domestic violence assaulton Chelsea Lane in Northport.
