    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Sept. 5. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    Sept. 5

    John W. Keithan, 41, of Montville, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Quaker Hill Road in Unity.

    Sept. 6

    Kathy Burt, 45, of Burnham, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Winnecook Road in Burnham.

    Sept. 8

    Richard Bowman, 52, of Freedom, was arrested for failure to comply with the Sex Offender Registry and a probation violation.

    Sept. 9

    Gerald Bickmore, 58, of Searsport, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Black Hill Road in Frankfort.

    Corporal Darrin Moody responded to the scene of a single-vehicle accident on Black Hill Road in crash, where a 2007 Toyota left the roadway, ultimately striking a utility pole. The operator of the vehicle was traveling southbound when the incident occurred, with the vehicle traveling roughly 120 yards down the side of a ditch before striking the pole. The vehicle was towed from the scene due to disabling front end damage. The operator, who was uninjured, was cited for operating under the influence.

    Sept. 13

    Zachary J. Hall, 24, of Bucksport, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance on Route 1 in Stockton Springs.
