    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Nov. 21-29. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    Nov. 21

    Wayne A. Curtis, 27, of Brooks, was issued a summons for operating while license suspended on Main Street in Lincolnville.

    Nov. 24

    Joshua Bither, 23, of Troy, was arrested for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs on Depot Street in Unity.

    Nov. 27

    Deputy Darrin Moody responded to the scene of a two-vehicle accident on Main Street in Winterport where the operator of a 1994 Toyota failed to notice the vehicle ahead of them slowing to turn right into a driveway. The operator of the vehicle then rear-ended the turning vehicle, a 2013 Dodge. The driver of the Toyota, who was reportedly following too closely, was uninjured. Their vehicle was towed. The operator of the Dodge was uninjured, though two minor passengers sustained possible injuries. The vehicle received minor damage.
