BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Jan. 25 - Feb. 2.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Dec. 29 (late entry)

Jerry A. Nickerson, 43, of Swanville, was issued summonses for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and burglary of a motor vehicle on Nickerson Road in Swanville. 

Jan. 25

Derek Philbrook, 28, of Swanville, was issued a summons for operating without a license on Swan Lake Ave. in Swanville. 

Jan. 28

Brian Martin, 59, of Palermo, was arrested for domestic violence terrorizing, domestic violence reckless conduct (with firearm,) terrorizing, and illegal possession of a firearm on Temples Way in Palermo.
