    BELFAST — The following indictments were handed up by a Waldo County grand jury Jan. 24 - 26. 

    An indictment does not indicate guilt. 

    Colby C. Gardner, 44, of Winterport, failure to comply with the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act in Winterport Aug. 28. 

    Alivia Gordon, 26, of Jackson, two counts of unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs in Waldo County April 4, and April 25; violating a condition of release in Waldo County April 25; conspiracy to commit unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs in Waldo County April 25. 

    Amanda J. Hayes, 44, of Knox, three counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Thorndike July 6; violating a condition of release in Thorndike July 6. 

    William M. James, 32, of Troy, domestic violence assault in Troy Dec. 13; refusing to submit to arrest or detention in Troy Dec. 13; aggravated assault in Troy Dec. 13. 

    Joseph D. Klekotta, 38, of Plymouth, assault on an officer in Brooks Jan. 14l refusing to submit to arrest or detention in Brooks Jan. 14. 

    Daniel Lyford, 33, of Frankfort, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Nov. 11, and Nov. 17. 

    Dennis W. Merry Jr., 35, of Swanville, burglary in Searsport Oct. 20; two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Searsport Oct. 20. 

    Nicole R. Moore, 38, of Jackson, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs in Waldo County April 4, and Aug. 27; conspiracy to commit unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs in Waldo County April 4. 

    Dennis P. Page, 44, of Thorndike, domestic violence assault in Thorndike July 21. 

    Brian C. Sanderson, 46, of Belfast, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Belfast Jan. 4; violating a condition of release in Belfast Jan. 4; operating after suspension in Belfast Jan. 4.

    Stephen A. Smith, 36 , of Brooks, violating a protection order in Brooks Jan. 1. 

    Curtis Tunnell, 32, of Stockton Springs, domestic violence assault in Stockton Springs Dec. 14.

    August H. Viehweger II, 33, of Frankfort, eluding an officer in Brooks Nov. 23. 

    Joshua J. Breault, 43, of Stockton Springs, failure to report in Belfast Nov. 14. 

    Adam W. Gray, 35, of Jackson, two counts of unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs in Waldo County July 5, and April 4; conspiracy to commit unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs in Waldo County April 4. 

    Jason R. Randall, 43, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized tracking or transfer in Lincolnville July 29; operating after revocation in Lincolnville July 29.

    Lesli F. Ware, 48, of Unity, conspiracy to commit unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs in Waldo County May 31.

    Neil J. Warren, 36, of Swanville, receiving stolen property in Searsport Oct. 20. 

    Keegan L. Scott, 21, of Burnham, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Burnham April 28; misuse of identification in Burnham April 28; violating a condition of release in Burnham April 28. 

    Matthew B. McIver, 37, of Monroe, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Brooks June 27; violating a condition of release in Brooks June 27.

    Allen James Jr., 42, of Jackson, four counts of aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs in Waldo County April 4, April 25, and July 5, and Aug. 27; violating a condition of release in Waldo County April 25; conspiracy to commit aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs in Waldo County April 4. 

    Hart Putnam, 24, of Brooks, two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Knox July 19.
