Waldo County closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court March 8-14. 

    Felicia R. Moulton, 35, of Searsport, probation violation in Waldo County June 14, 2021, probation partially revoked and continued, no sentence imposed. 

    Christin R. Harvey, 32, of Knox, forgery in Brooks Dec. 22, 2020, dismissed. 

    Kevin Michaud, 60, of China, unlawful sexual touching in Palermo May 11, 2021, $500 fine. 

    Taylor Lane, 31, of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, operating after habitual offender revocation in Thorndike Feb. 3, 2022, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Thorndike Feb. 3, 2022, $250 fine. 

    Logan M. Henry, 30, of Lincolnville, operating under the influence in Burnham Aug. 6, 2022, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine. 

    Joseph L. Beal, 47, of Palermo, operating under the influence in Belfast Oct. 20, 2022, seven days in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine. 

    Bladir I. Zamora, 36, of Searsport, failure to register a vehicle in Searsport July 8, dismissed. 

    James D. Francis, 48, of Stockton Springs, fishing for or taking shellfish from a closed area in Searsport Nov. 16, $700 fine. 

    Spencer Nickerson, 22, of Belfast, violating a condition of release in Belfast Jan. 30, $150 fine; attaching false plates in Belfast Jan. 30, $150 fine. 

    Patrick R. Aylward, 39, of Searsmont, illegal possession of a firearm in Searsmont Feb. 12, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Searsmont Feb. 12, $400 fine.

    Katelin Ellsworth, 29, of Swanville, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Jan. 6, seven days in jail, license suspended for one year, and $600 fine. 

    James Olafson, 44, of Detroit, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Troy March 9, 48 hours in jail and $400 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Troy March 9, $250 fine; attaching false plates in Troy March 9, 48 hours in jail; displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate in Troy March 9, 48 hours in jail.
