    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from Dec. 28-Jan. 12.

    Nicholas Adkins, 33, of Warren, unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland Nov. 23, 2021, $400 fine; domestic violence assault, with priors, in Warren Sept. 4, 2022, three years in jail with all but five months suspended, probation two years; violating condition of release in Rockland Nov. 23, 2021, Dec. 10, 2021, Sept. 4, 2022, Sept. 7, 2022, Feb. 7, 2023, and April 29, 2023, all counts guilty with no sentence listed.

    Nicholas A. Ames, 30, of Vinalhaven, domestic violence assault on Vinalhaven April 7, 2022, dismissed; assault on Vinalhaven April 7, 2022, $300 fine.

    Robert H. Blanchard, 53, of Bristol, negotiating a worthless instrument in Friendship July 3, 2017, $250 fine, restitution $330.

    Jennifer Condon, 56, of Boston, criminal trespass in Warren Sept. 18, 2023, dismissed.

    James Dellinger, 45, of Rockland, fugitive from justice.

    Brittney Demeritt, 34, of Camden, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Camden May 29, 2022, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Camden May 29, 2022, guilty, no sentence listed.

    Marcus T. Fisher, 29, of Alfred, domestic violence assault, domestic violence terrorizing, and domestic violence criminal threatening, all in Camden April 3, 2023, 364 days in prison with all but 53 days suspended, probation two years.

    David C. Harrison Jr., 31, of Owls Head, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland March 19, 2023, $500 fine, 72 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

    Tony Ray Holford, 43, of Warren, fugitive from justice.

    Taylor M. Hustus, 31, of Searsport, trafficking in prison contraband in Rockland March 19, 2021, dismissed.

    Jamie R. Johnson, 53, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol), with two priors, aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, one prior, operating after habitual offer revocation, with three priors, and operating while license suspended or revoked (operating under the influence), all in South Thomaston Jan. 6, 2022, all dismissed; violating condition of release in St. George June 13, 2022, dismissed.

    Steven W. Kaler, 57, of Warren, motor vehicle speeding: more than 30 miles over the speed limit in Rockport Oct. 16, 2023, dismissed.

    Garret Lundborg, 26, of Somerville, criminal mischief in Rockland Nov. 12, 2019, $250 fine; failure to control or report a dangerous fire in Rockland Nov. 12, 2019, $500 fine; theft by unauthorized use of property in Washington Nov. 12, 2021, $350 fine; violating condition of release in Washington Nov. 12, 2019, dismissed.

    Nathan McClure IV, 43, of Monroe, burning prohibited materials in Union Nov. 10, 2023, $100 fine.

    Michael A. Michaud Jr., 21, of Rockland, probation violations on previous convictions of domestic violence criminal threatening, domestic violence terrorizing, and domestic violence reckless conduct all in Owls Head Dec. 5, 2021, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

    Daniel Smith, 34, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Thomaston April 29, 2023, seven days in jail, restitution $3.47; violation of condition of release in Thomaston April 29, 2023, dismissed.

    Richard S. Stuart, 83, of Thomaston, passing a stopped school bus in Rockport Nov. 15, 2022, dismissed.
