Gregory S. Clayton Inducted into Maine Chapter of National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals

CAMDEN – Local attorney Gregory S. Clayton of Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer PC was recently inducted into the Maine Chapter of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (NADN), an honor only nine lawyers have received state-wide.

NADN Membership is by invitation only and limited to select group of neutrals in each state.  Greg Clayton’s nomination comes after nearly 35 years of practice in northern New England.  He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, holds an “AV” Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America and Benchmark Litigation for his trial work.  He is an Adjunct Professor of Negotiation at Vermont Law School and the author of Clayton Mediation, a blog focused mediation and negotiation.

 The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals is a national association whose membership consists of alternative dispute resolution professionals distinguished by their hands-on experience in the field of civil and commercial conflict resolution, and by their commitment to the practice of alternative dispute resolution. Membership is by invitation only after peer nomination and review and is limited to attorney arbitrators and mediators with proven experience in the field who have met stringent practice criteria.
