CAMDEN — Gail Sherry Frazer died on March 27, 2024 of a heart attack in her beautiful and energy efficient home in Camden that she and her husband designed and built.

Sherry was born in Honolulu on May 21, 1953 to Doris Larsen and John Frazer. She was predeceased in 2023 by her husband, Phil Gerard, the love of her life. She is survived by her son, Isaac Gerard, and her sister, Tulle Frazer.

Sherry was kind and generous and will be so missed. A talented artist, bookmaker, potter, gardener, and teacher, she shared her enthusiasm for the arts, science, and math with young and old alike. We’ll have to accept that she lives on in our hearts when we’re walking, gardening, swimming, paddling, creating, being silly or sad……always.

Come to Union Hall, Rockport on Friday, May 31, at 11 a.m., to honor Sherry. Afterwards, weather permitting, we’ll walk or drive to the Vesper Hill Children’s Chapel for an informal sharing outside.

Sherry definitely wouldn’t want cut flowers. Instead please consider a donation in her memory to the Georges River Land Trust or the Coastal Mountains Land Trust.

Condolences may be shared at www.longfuneralhomecamden.com. Arrangements are with the Long Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 9 Mountain Street, Camden.
