Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity March 24 - April 14.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
March 24
Michael Kris, 30, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Starrett Drive.
April 1
Nicholas Ripley, 25, of Belfast, was issued a summons for refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Piper Stream Road.
April 3
Damien S. Saucier, 31, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Swan Lake Ave.
April 5
Taylor W. Plummer, 31, of Swanville, was arrested for failure to appear.
April 6
Roland S. Ladd, 54, of Brooks, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Swan Lake Ave.
Jacob Daley, 19, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Main Street.
April 9
Timothy Moody, 32, of Searsport, was issued summonses for violating a condition of release and theft on Starrett Drive.
