ROCKLAND — At 6 this evening, Sept. 19, the Rockland City Council will hold a special meeting in Council Chambers at Rockland City Hall to talk about the search for a new city manager. The meeting is being billed as a forum, and for the purposes of hearing the thoughts of citizens as Rockland commences yet another review of possible candidates for the job.

The interim city manager is Audra Caler-Bell, who was promoted to the position from assistant city manager when James Chaousis abruptly resigned in June.
