ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court and Rockland District Court from July 25-29.

Superior Court

Mitchell McNeil Carney, 26, of Thomaston, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, fine $400, 364 days in prison with all suspended, probation one year.

Joshua C. Hooper, 28, of Thomaston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 90 days in jail, all suspended, probation one year.

Richard W. Lint, 49, of Orland, operating vehicle without license-conditions and restrictions, 30 days in jail; operating under the influence, one prior, dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine, 30 days in jail, license suspended 30 days.

Rockland District Court

Scott M. Davis, 32, of Brooks, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, fine $500.
