Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases
ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from May 31-June 3.
Christian A. Bateman, 21, of South Thomaston, motor vehicle speeding, 30 plus miles over speed limit, dismissed.
Bryan S. Carle, 50, of Rockport, burning prohibited material, dismissed; out of door burning violation, fine $100.
Nicholas C. Emerson, 29, of Camden, gross sexual assault, eight years in prison; unlawful sexual contact, five counts, dismissed.
Daniel Baxter Leahy, 22, of Rockland, operating under the influence (drugs or combo), fine $750, 72 hours in jail, license suspended one year, two months.
Molly Mellor, 21, of Thomaston, motor vehicle speeding: 30 plus miles over speed limit, fine $500.
Peter B. Solari, 32, of Cushing, unlawful possession of oxycodone, fine $400, nine months in jail.
Daniel Weldon, 24, of Rockland, use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
