Knox County Superior Court and Rockland District Court, closed cases
ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court and Rockland District Court from May 31-June 3.
Superior Court
Kelly J. Hill, 39, of Leland, Mich., theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two years in jail with all but 21 days suspended, probation three years, restitution $45469.11.
James P. Murphree, 55, of Lowell, Mass., illegal possession of firearm, six months in jail.
Terry S. Perry, 42, of South Thomaston, operating after habitual offender revocation, two priors, six months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Rockland District Court
Justin Bodamer, 30, of Rockland, driving to endanger, fine $850.
Nicole F. Norris, 32, of Marshfield, Mass., operating vehicle without license conditions/restrictions, fine $250.
Tobby W. Stinson, 39, of Washington, forgery, fine $400.
