Rockport Police beat: Operating after suspension, attaching false plates
ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity March 26-April 3. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
March 26
Joseph Waltz, 38, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Officer Robbie Shaw for operating under the influence and operating after suspension.
March 29
Jonas Burke, 24, of Appleton, was issued a summons by Shaw for insurance violation.
Channon Stancati, 34, of Northport, was issued a summons by Sgt. Travis Ford for insurance violation.
March 31
Mackenzie Whitehill, 19, of Jefferson, was issued a summons by Officer Dana Smith for operating after suspension and inspection violation.
April 1
Blake Gray, 57, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Shaw for insurance violation.
April 2
Kathryn Baxter, 60, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Smith for illegal attachment of plates.
Galen F. Hisler, 33, of Somerville, was issued a summons by Ford for inspection violation.
April 3
Erica A. Norton, 34, of South Thomaston, was issued a summons by Ford for speeding 54 miles per hour in a 30 mile per hour zone and insurance violation.
