Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases
ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Criminal Court from March 25-April 1. The Unified Criminal Court is a system for processing criminal actions and certain associated civil violation actions. It is expected to increase efficiency by eliminating the duplicative clerical workload created by the current system of case transfer between the District and Superior Court by reducing the number of court appearances required to process individual cases, according to the State of Maine Judicial Branch.
Erica L. Boyington, 28, of Waldoboro, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail.
David H. Bresnahan, 23, of Hope, aggravated assault, violating conditions of release, five counts, 15 years in prison with all but five years and six months suspended, probation six years; domestic violence assault, priors, dismissed.
Christopher J. Curtis, 47, of St. George, violation of gear rule, Chapter 75, $500 fine.
Shae Dunn, 20, of Tarrytown, N.Y., unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, two counts, dismissed.
Kirk Gentalen, 44, of Tenants Harbor, operating under the influence, $750 fine, license suspended 150 days.
Robert Graham, 25, of Rockland, stealing drugs, six months in jail; forgery, six months in jail, $200 restitution; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, six months in jail; violating condition of release, 60 days in jail.
Caleb J. Madore, 21, of Rockland, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 120 days in jail with all but 48 hours suspended, probation one year.
Aron W. Marshall, 36, of Camden, failure to display any registration numbers, $100 fine.
Wade H. Phillips III, 46, of Rockland, operating after habitual offender revocation, $1000 fine, four months in jail.
Robert Rankin, 25, of Lincolnville, operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine; 48 hours in jail; attaching false plates, 48 hours in jail; operating vehicle without license, 48 hours in jail.
Corey M. Rytky, 35, of St. George, driving to endanger, $575 fine, 30 days in jail, license suspended 30 days; domestic violence stalking, dismissed; violating condition of release, three counts, 30 days in jail.
Douglas L. Schneider, 28, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, two years in jail with all but 90 day suspended, probation two years.
Scott A. Smith, 31, of Camden, domestic violence assault, 364 days in jail with all but 21 days suspended, probation two years; violating condition of release, 21 days in jail; domestic violence assault, dismissed; criminal mischief, 30 days in jail.
James R. Turner, 33, of Warren, operating vehicle without license-conditions/restrictions, $1000 fine.
Haley Grey Watkinson, 30, of Camden, allowing dog to be at large, $50 fine.
Kathleen Zable, 25, of South Thomaston, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, two counts, $400 fine, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release, two counts, 30 days in jail; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, four years in jail with all but six months suspended, probation two years; criminal conspiracy, dismissed; falsifying physical evidence, 30 days in jail; operating under the influence (drugs or combo), $500 fine, 30 days in jail, license suspended 150 days.
