BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity March 19-25. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

March 10 (late entry)

Ira H. Bailey, 33, of Northport, was arrested for failure to comply with the Sex Offender Registry on East Main Street in Morrill.

March 19

Evan Damuck, 22, of Northport, was issued summonses for failure to report a crash by quickest means and operating after suspension on Route 1 in Northport.

March 20

Joshua T. Lewis, 31, of Northport, was issued summonses for leaving the scene of a property damage accident and following too closely on Hope Road in Lincolnville.

Deputy Darrin Moody responded to the scene of a two vehicle accident on Hope Road in Lincolnville. The operator of a 2012 Nissan was traveling too closely behind the vehicle ahead of it when it attempted to pass. The Nissan struck the right rear of the 2007 Audi as is attempted to pass. Speed was reportedly a factor in the accident. There were no injuries.

March 23

Misty D. Porter, 34, of Warren, was issued a summons for attaching false plates on Trues Pond Road in Montville.

March 24

Peter Fuller, 22, of Montville, was issued a summons for theft at Morrill General Store stemming from an incident Jan. 29.

Alexandria L. Brasili, 28, of Port Clyde, was issued a summons for speeding 42 mph in a 25 mph zone on Main Street in Lincolnville.
