Rockport Police beat: Leaving the scene of an accident, failure to maintain control of vehicle
ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity Feb. 11-15. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
Feb. 2 (late entry)
Sherri J. Miner, 55, of Belmont, was issued a summons by Officer Dana Smith for operating after suspension.
Feb. 5 (late entry)
Ryan Ludwig, 24, of Thomaston, was issued a summons by Officer Craig Cooley for leaving the scene of an accident; failure to give notice of accident by quickest means.
Feb. 11
Arthur K. Blizzard, 58, of Chevy Chase, Md., was issued a summons by Smith for stop sign violation.
Brenda Squibb, 64, of Camden, was issued a summons by Smith for stop sign violation.
Mark Dodge, 32, of Warren, was issued a summons by Smith for inspection violation.
Elijah M. Giguere, 35, of Somerville, was issued a summons by Smith for seatbelt violation.
Feb. 12
Samuel Moskowitz, 23, of Camden, was issued a summons by Smith for inspection violation.
Katia A. Kordek, 18, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by Smith for operating without license in violation of conditions/restrictions; failure to maintain control of motor vehicle; insurance violation.
Feb. 14
Steven Tucker, 65, of Brunswick, was issued a summons by Smith for insurance violation.
Feb. 15
Abigail B. Iverson, 34, of Jefferson, was issued a summons by Smith for speeding 72 miles per hour in a 55 mile per hour zone.
Timothy C. Silva, 29, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Smith for inspection violation.
