BELFAST —The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court May 8-14.
Stuart R. Macleod, 55, of Belfast, probation violation in Searsport Jan. 6, 2023, two years in prison and probation partially revoked.
Phillip Harvey, 19, of Troy, aggravated driving to endanger in Troy Sept. 27, 2023, dismissed; operating a vehicle without a license in Troy Sept. 27, 2023, dismissed; driving to endanger in Troy Sept. 27, 2023, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine.
Kara J. Winchenbach Kenney, 47, of Monroe, two counts of protective order from harassment violation in Brooks Dec. 30, 2023, $200 fine for each count; false alarm or report in Monroe Feb. 4, 2024, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Monroe Feb. 4, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Jan. 9, 2024, dismissed.
Timothy E. Byrd, 65, of Morrill, operating under the influence in Morrill Jan. 28, 2024, dismissed; driving to endanger in Morrill Jan. 28, 2024, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine.
Adam L. Barnes, 38, of Hartland, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast May 6, 2024, $400 fine; unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Belfast May 6, 2024, dismissed.
Jonathan Sanderson, 40, of Waldo, operating under the influence in Belfast April 21, 2024, dismissed; driving to endanger in Belfast April 21, 2024, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine.
William Stackpole, 21, of Glendale, Ohio, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Knox July 8, dismissed.
Casey A. Spaulding, 27, of Unity, probation violation in Unity Nov. 4, 15 days in jail and probation partially revoked and continued.
Mark A. Flores, 42, of Ellsworth, burglary in Jackson Dec. 27, dismissed; criminal mischief in Jackson Dec. 27, 48 hours in jail and $70 restitution; criminal trespass in Jackson Dec. 27, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Jackson Dec. 27, dismissed; attaching false plates in Jackson Dec. 27, dismissed.
Jerry A. Lentz, 81, of Thomaston, operating under the influence in Prospect Oct. 24, dismissed.
Eloise Skillings, 30, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Belfast April 30, dismissed.
Elisha A. Gould, 35, of Appleton, violating a condition of release in Thorndike May 14, unconditional discharge,
Heather L. Cunningham, 34, of Knox, violating a condition of release in Belfast May 12, 48 hours in jail.
