BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity April 18 - May 4.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
April 18
Crystal D. Philbrook, 41, of Monroe, was issued summonses for two counts of aggravated forgery on S. Main Street in Morrill, stemming from an incident Dec. 19.
April 26
Benjamin A. Curtis, 50, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons for criminal speed on Belfast Road in Northport.
May 2
Devin E. Hayden, 32, of Searsport, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Harriman Road in Swanville.
