BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity April 23-29.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
April 23
James D. Ruschmeier, 43, of Belfast, was arrested for failure to appear.
April 27
Joselyn K. Marston, 28, of Freedom, was issued summonses for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and forgery, stemming from a March 8 incident.
April 29
Donald Murrin, 32, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence assault, criminal mischief, in Belfast.
