Waldoboro Police beat: Arrest warrants, OUI, criminal mischief
WALDOBORO — Waldoboro police responded to 409 calls for service from Oct. 28-Nov. 18. Listed below are a few of the highlights. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
Oct. 28
Officer Jeffery Fuller investigated an accident on the Bremen Road at 1:29 p.m. Ikromjon Usmonqulov, 22, of Bremen, was traveling southbound on the Bremen Road and attempted to pass Derrick Dempsy, 44, of Winslow, who was also traveling southbound on the Bremen Road, making a left turn into a residence.

Officer Nathaniel Jack is investigating a report from a citizen about criminal mischief to his mailbox.
Jack is investigating a report from a citizen about the theft of medications.
Oct. 30
Officer William Labombarde is investigating a report from the high school about criminal mischief to one of its bathrooms.
Oct. 31
Jack is investigating a report from a citizen about criminal mischief to his vehicle.
Nov. 9
Officer Justin Hills is investigating a report from a citizen that someone kicked down her fencepost and let her horse out during the night.
Officer Thomas Bartunek investigated an accident on the Washington Road at 10:10 p.m. Keith Maynard, 43, of Belfast, was traveling southbound on the Washington Road and went off the roadway.
Keith Maynard, 43, of Waldo, was arrested by Bartunek for operating under the influence.
Nov. 12
Officer Dwight Jones investigated an accident on the Winslow’s Mills Road, at 10:52 p.m. Vaughn Turner, 37, of Windsor, was traveling southbound on the Winslow’s Mills Road when a deer ran out in front of him and he was unable to avoid it.
Nov. 14
Chad Sproul, 43, of Warren, was arrested by Jack for aggravated criminal mischief and reckless conduct.
Sanford Winchenbach, 57, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Bartunek on a warrant.
Jack is investigating a report from a citizen about criminal mischief to the rail on his residence.
Jennifer Sirois, 27, of Somerville, was issued a summons by Hill for speeding.
Nov. 17
Keanan Pitcher, 20, of Nobleboro, was issued a summons by Officer Chase Bosse for speeding.
Philip Libby, 53, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Jack for violation of conditional release and operating after suspension.
